BDS Engineering, Inc. (formerly Bement-Dainwood-Sturgeon) was the prime consultant on the first five phases of Gaslamp along with Kawasaki, Theilacker, Ueno & Associates as our consultant. We provided the initial reconnaissance and surveying as well as the construction documents, special provisions and estimated costs. We also provided the construction support and as-builts. The improvements consisted of improved utility systems, total rebuild of streets, lighting and incidental streetscapes. |
